Hello! Happy Sunday night/Monday morning! (I'm writing this from my bed on Sunday night. Gotta love laptops!)

Did you have a terrific Thanksgiving (if you are in the US)?? I ate waaaay too much-- my mother-in-law made these cocoa-coconut-pecan cluster thingies that I just couldn't resist. I ate them for breakfast every day that I was in California! Oy, my mother-in-law's food is to die for.

So, now it's back to work today, but on a fun day: Cyber Monday! Cyber Monday celebrates online shopping (oh yeah), and since I do so much of my business online, I thought my Cyber Monday sale should have something to do with online things, so here's the deal.

If you spend $15 or more here on my website or in my etsy shop, I'll send you my printable Goal & Intention Kit for FREE!

MONDAY ONLY. (That's important. If you order something on Tuesday, no free Goal & Intention Kit.)

It's printable and DIY, so as soon as I get your order, I'll email you the PDF file, and you can print to your heart's content and start making a plan so your dreams will come true!

Here's the cover:

You can click on the image to learn more about it and see some sample pages from the PDF!

With 2012 almost here, now's the perfect time to start getting organized with your goals and intentions, so you can make sure that 2012 is the best year ever. (I know it's going to be the best year ever!)

So. You know what to do.

Just start shopping, spend $15 or more, and I'll send you the printable Goal & Intention Kit just as soon as I've gotten your order!

Shop here on my website or in my etsy shop. You choose. Just spend $15, and you'll get the Goal & Intention Kit either way. Because you are awesome and I want your wildest dreams to be realized! Hooray!

I'm back from DC! It was cold and rainy while I was there, and it really got me in the mood for fall! Soup and pumpkins and sweaters and knitting... fall is my absolute favorite.

And I'm feeling crafty this morning, so I searched around pinterest for some fall crafts (I want to spruce up our house!), and look what I found-- glittery spider webs! I'm totally in love with these, as well as the blog that they came from: A Fanciful Twist. Definitely added to my reader!

Aren't these so terrific? I'm totally going to make these-- maybe over the weekend!

::::

Also, on a totally different note, my rain boot samples will be arriving today!! FedEx tried to deliver them yesterday, but I wasn't home from DC yet and Ryan was at work, so they didn't leave them on the porch. :( Sadness. But I'm here today, and I'm not leaving the house until they get here! Pics to come SOON!

I'm back! I just spent the last few days in California with Ryan's family, and I wish we were still there. The trip went way too fast! But it was good to come home to our kitties last night-- they were happy to see us.

Ryan, his parents, and I went whale-watching on Friday morning-- I think I'm asking Ryan if he thinks we're going to see any whales in the photo above, right before we left the harbor. This was my first time on a boat in the ocean (besides a ferry boat between the islands of the Outer Banks in North Carolina). I was so excited! It's been a dream of mine to see whales out in the ocean for a long time. There's a large pod of blue whales that are hanging out off the coast of Redondo Beach right now, which I guess is unusual for that area. This is the second year they've come in such large numbers to feed on the krill in the waters. I had high hopes that we'd see some, and I was not disappointed.

But first we had to check out the sea lions:

And the dolphins:

Everyone got really excited when we saw the flukes:

Sometimes they popped up really close to our boat and spouted around us in a circle:

And showed us some more tail!

I was worried that I was going to get sea sick, and without fail, I did. This is when I felt like I was going to barf:

My lovely husband needed to document it, of course. Standing in this position made me feel the least queasy, so that's where I stayed for a while. And the sea-sickness was so worth it to see the whales! They're such magical creatures, and it was a really spectacular morning.

And now I have to spend the next 4 days getting ready for Crafty Bastards in DC this coming weekend-- it's a jam-packed travel fest around here lately, wowee!
