queen bee (or, who's in your tribe of bees?)

We are all the queen bee of our own personal tribe of bees. Our bees are the people who dig what we do and generally think we're awesome, and we think they're pretty darn swell also! (We're also all bees in other people's tribes of bees! It's just a big meshed up web of bee-ness!) We are the stars of our own show, and our supporting cast of bees is all up to us.
And I'm not talking 'queen bee' in a diva "I'm the best" sort of sense.... no, the queen bee needs her bees as much as they need her. It's a mutually beneficial relationship.
So, I ask you, how do you know who is in your tribe of bees?
My bees are uplifting. My bees offer support and answers to my questions, and not only that, they trust and ask things of me as well. My bees are not shy in telling me what they love about what I do and who I am. (This may sound like conceit, but on the contrary, I think we all need cheerleaders and supporters who truly think we're great!) My bees are motivated, and they're not complainers. They're movers and shakers. My bees THINK BIG. My bees are generous and thoughtful, and oh-so-grateful. They're not afraid to shine brightly. My bees make me LAUGH.
These are the people I most connect with. My bees. And I do my best to offer these qualities to those who consider me one of their bees as well.
What defines your personal tribe of bees?

I think we share a lot of bees! ♥
Great question, Jess! My hive consists of girls who make me feel at home wherever I go. They know me by heart, they inspire me to be my best, they allow me to change, they lift me up when I'm down and let me return the favor, they celebrate my victories, they cheer me on, they think it's totally normal to eat right out of the ice cream container, and they really and truly want me to fly. These friends are the bees knees! ;o)
