SHIPPING:
I ship on Mondays and Thursdays, using the United States Postal Service, first-class mail. Most items will ship on the closest Monday or Thursday after placing your order, but the following items will take slightly longer, due to their being made-to-order:
- coasters
- gloss prints
- necklaces
- pillow covers
- These items will ship separately from all other items in my shop.
- iPHONE CASES: will ship in 4-5 days directly from Case-Mate. iPhone cases are not-returnable.
- RAIN BOOTS: will begin shipping in late November within 48 hours of your order being placed.

- Payment is accepted through paypal, credit card, or personal check. (Items won't ship until check is cleared.)

- RETURNS:
- You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. I will gladly exchange your product (equal or lesser value), or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost), whichever you prefer.
The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, etc. Your only cost for returning the item(s) is the cost of shipping your product back to us.
Jessica Swift is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- *RAIN BOOT RETURNS: Please make sure you're ordering the correct size (see this chart). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs plus new shipping charges.
